Mandantis Group provides operating architecture consulting, including the Architecture Index (self-assessment), Architecture Blueprint (commissioned engagement), and Architectural Stewardship (ongoing governance). These services are governed by these terms and any additional agreements entered into for specific engagements.

4. Intellectual Property

The Mandantis operating architecture methodology, the Five Pillars framework, the Architecture Index, and the Architecture Blueprint are proprietary to Mandantis Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our methodology, frameworks, or deliverables without written permission.

5. Assessment Data

When you complete the Architecture Index, your responses are used to generate your results and may be aggregated (anonymised) for research purposes. See ourPrivacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mandantis Group provides advisory services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platforms use third-party services (Microsoft, Cloudflare, Google) for infrastructure and analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
